Transitions

quote about looking back

Well, it looks as if I may have some more time on my hands than I expected. I am not sure what God has in store for me but for some reason I am not scared. I think that I am getting the kick in the butt that I need to get some things done in the name of procrastination! My job has been eliminated due to funds so I am going to have to figure out something.

I sure wish that I was the Keri here that had her whole life ahead of her and knew then what I do now!

  1. Diane – Same here, after two years of successes and going from contract to perm, a couple weeks ago my position was eliminated. We pick up and carry on. The thing we have over Keri is experience. Use it to decide what’s next. Surely you have talents worth more than you think! Good luck, keep us posted! – Peter

    • Peter… Oh hugs. I am sorry to hear that. The bummer is that because of having to close out the books before the new year. A lot of us get the news around the holidays. It sucks. But at least I know a head of time so that we don’t go crazy at Christmas time in the way of spoiling everyone and going in debt doing it like usual. Though I have faith that I will land on my feet and pray for all of us going through “transitions” I don’t want to be stupid. Though God has always provided, even when we lost our store.
I am a firm believer that we are in a fallen world so that bad stuff happens but also, if you believe, God weaves His miracles through… If I’d still had my store who knows if I’d met the same people I have in losing it. People that maybe I was supposed to meet and I might not have if I was still a store owner.
Anywaaay, I know some people might read my other blog but felt safe sharing here in Keri’s neck of the woods. And yep we do have experience lol. Oh my what a thought, to be able to go back and tell Keri what I know now!!!!
      xoxo

  2. Hang in there . . . you’re not alone. Feels like a lot of us are going through some sort of transition these days. You’ll see as things slowly unfold and will know what to do. Love and hugs. šŸ™‚

    • Pat,
I love your inspiring way! I am so grateful to have friends like you who know what I am going through and believe in the things that are unfolding. I am excited to see what God has in store!
      xoxo
      (for all of us)

      • Me too, Diane. No doubt it will be something you never dreamed of. That seems to be the way it works, my friend. Allow it to unfold in it’s most beautiful way. Merry Christmas. xxoo
